Charlotte Non-Discrimination Ordinance

BAD for Business

This is common sense- no men in women’s bathrooms. In addition to placing women and children in grave danger, the Charlotte bathroom ordinance has dire consequences on business and job creators.

Businesses all across North Carolina need Governor McCrory to call for a Special Session to overturn Charlotte’s unconstitutional bathroom ordinance to:

(1) protect their revenue and safeguard their contracts
(2) prevent ridiculous fines, jail time, and frivolous lawsuits
(3) continue their freedom to create jobs and provide for their families.

Call today and tell your Representative, Senator, and Governor McCrory how harmful Charlotte’s Ordinance is for business, commerce, and trade in North Carolina.
